30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with OctoLab, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Access to OctoLab is revoked immediately once the refund is processed. This includes access to all lab environments, evidence bundles, and any other paid features.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used to subscribe. We'll process your refund within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your payment method.

EU Statutory Rights

If you are in the European Union, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By accessing OctoLab's lab environments, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this may waive your right of withdrawal. The 30-day money-back guarantee described above exceeds this statutory minimum and applies regardless.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to issue a refund after the 30-day window, but we'll do our best to be fair.

No refund requests can be processed after 60 days from the original transaction date.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel:

  • You keep access to OctoLab until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period (unless within the 30-day money-back window).

Account Termination for Policy Violations

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for handling the transaction, charging applicable taxes, and processing refunds. Refunds are subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
